Christina
Primary, secondary, lifetime orthodontic maximum, are terms very familiar to Chris in our business office. Chris has proudly celebrated her fifteenth year, overseeing all aspects of the day to day financial and insurance needs of our office.
Chris and her husband of 35 years are originally from Pittsburgh. She is an avid Steeler and Pirate fan. Chris enjoys spending time with her adult children who also live in Dayton and her new beautiful granddaughter. She is active with her church, loves decorating and working in her yard. |

JoAnne
In 1975, JoAnne began working in the dental field. Before working for Dr. Ritter, JoAnne worked as an oral surgery assistant and a general dental assistant. After staying home for 10 years to raise her boys, JoAnne joined Dr. Ritter's staff in 1991. Her duties include all written correspondence, computer imaging, and scheduling appointments.
JoAnne and husband, Steve have two sons and have lived in Dayton since 1981. Her interests include reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family. |

Debra
Debra has been with Dr. Ritter since 1999. She graduated from a Dental Assistant course in 1997 and soon after started her career in orthodontics.
Debra moved to the Dayton area in 1998 from England when her husband, Paul was transferred state side to Wright Patterson Air Fource Base. Debra's two adult children, PJ and Dominique, still keep her quite busy. Her hobbies mainly consist of gardening, exercising and reading a good novel.
Debra enjoys working with her patients and helping them achieve their treatment goals. |

Teesha
Teesha is a certified orthodontic assistant and has been in the orthodontic field since 1996. She currently holds the position of orthodontic Lab Technician. Teesha also works with TMJ patients and oversees our office compliance with OSHA.
Teesha has a wonderful husband, Bret and an adorable son, Evan, who was born in Spring 2004. |

Laurie
Laurie joined Dr. Ritter's staff in January 2001 but has worked in the orthodontic field for over 15 years. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and shares their gratification and excitement when the completion of their treatment results in a beautiful smile.
Laurie is married and has 2 daughters. She enjoys traveling, movies, gardening and spending time with her family. |

Kelly
The Summer of 2004, Kelly joined the staff of Dr. Ritter. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 2000 and attended the Ohio Institute of Health Careers for dental assisting. Kelly began her career in Columbus, Ohio and then moved to Dayton to be closer to family.
Kelly and her husband are newlyweds and reside in Farmersville. She is the proud mom of a yellow lab, name Chance. |

Chassidy
Chassidy has been in the orthodontic field since 1992. She is a lifelong resident of Englewood and a graduate of Northmont High School. She and her husband, Scott have a son, Logan who is their pride and joy!
In her limited spare time, Chassidy enjoys reading, scrap booking and other crafts. |

Cindy
You will see Cindy's smiling face behind the front desk area. Her primary responsibility is scheduling coordinator and keeping our schedule running smoothly. Cindy enjoys the interaction with all the patients and parents. Cindy joined Dr. Ritter's staff in July 2004.
Cindy and her husband, Chris have lived in Dayton all their lives and have one son, Matt, who attends Wright State University. She also spends much of her time with her two spoiled Labrador Retrievers, Abby and Sammy. When not at work, Cindy can be found assuming the roll of Coach's wife and hockey mom of the WSU hockey team. |

Faith
Faith has been treatment coordinator with Dr. Ritter since February 2004. She works closely with Dr. Ritter and our patients during their initial exam and consultation.
Faith's two daughters and their activities with school and dance keep her very busy. Faith enjoys gardening and decorating.

Debbie
Since September 2000, Debbie has been a member of Dr. Ritter's team. Debbie worked in the clinic for five years, until a knee injury resulting in surgery prompted her to make a change. She now works in the reception area, scheduling patients and handling front office duties. It is great to learn another aspect of the world of orthodontics!
Debbie is married with two children at home and one on his own. She enjoys crafts, painting, scrapbooking and being with her two Golden Retrievers! |
